Within our studios, we offer two types of workspaces to suit different needs: studio holders and hotdeskers. Studio holders have dedicated, permanent spaces where they can work consistently, ideal for those needing a stable, long-term base. Hotdeskers, meanwhile, enjoy flexible access to our shared communal areas and full use of our facilities at a reduced rate, making it a great option for those who don’t require a permanent desk. We support creatives from all areas of the arts—including visual artists, curators, writers, and musicians—providing a collaborative environment where diverse practices can thrive.
